We aim to make sure your purchases reach you in a timely manner. So we have given a reasonable time frame of up to 1-4 weeks for delivery within Australia and 1-8 weeks for International deliveries, which should cover any problems that may arise due to shipment of stock delivered to us.

If there are delays that exceed the above mentioned time frames, we will inform you of this and give you the option to wait or to cancel your order.

All deliveries to you are sent through AusPost Registered Mail service. Alternative methods of shipping eg. Express Post will require an extra charge. Please email us should you wish for alternative postage.
